Refund Policy

All consultations are cash-based and payment is due at the time of booking or prior to service delivery.

• We do not bill insurance or submit claims on your behalf.

• Once a consultation has been completed, refunds are not available.

• Cancellations or reschedules of scheduled appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
